Hard copies of documents are either located in the ERI International bookstore (USA), or the ERI Canada bookstore (Canada). Shipping costs reflect the location of the document, the location of the buyer and the value of the order based upon the following rules:
All costs are specified in US Dollars.
ERI International bookstore
Shipping costs for a domestic order (within USA) is $7.50 for orders between $1.00 to $75.00 (US) in value. Domestic orders in excess of $75.00, add 10%. For orders to be shipped internationally: add $7.50 for orders up to $35.00; add 20% to price beyond $35.00.
ERI Canada bookstore
Shipping cost for a domestic order (within Canada) is $8.77 for orders between $0.88 to $65.74 USD in value. Domestic orders in excess of $65.74, add 12%. For orders to be shipped internationally: add $8.77 for orders up to $30.68; add 20% to price beyond $30.68.
